This device is for putting the rubber protection in the teeth of hard band saws (carbon, bi-metal) for avoiding cracks. It does not includes the plastic coil but it is only the device for easy inserting in the proper position the rubber.

This mechanism is capable of producing an adjustable groove of 3.2-30mm with a saw blade of 200mm (d=65mm). The bore of the mechanism is 50mm and can be tighten with a wrench key 80/90.
